We offer services like – Day care, over-night boarding, swimming and hydrotherapy, grooming, rehabilitation, palliative care.
Our working hours are 8 am to 7 pm.
We have an on-ground team from Cessna Lifeline Veterinary Hospital to take care of the pets and an off-ground team - Poochkoo who manages the bookings etc. You can connect with us on the boarding enquiry number which is +91-7619634627.
Document collection is a part of the process before any pet checks-in. These are to ensure that the pet is ready for boarding and the records are all in place. It helps us in case of any unforeseen situations/emergencies.
In the best interest and safety of your pet, other pets and our staff, we need to ensure vaccinations are all in place, prior to the boarding. We trust that you understand the importance of the same. In case it’s not possible to get the records, request you to get a letter from your vet stating the date the
vaccinations were taken.
We will be sharing one outdoor video update everyday on your WhatsApp number, along with meal updates. We have multiple dogs boarding with us, many of whom have medications and rehabilitative care to be provided. It becomes hard for the on-ground team to take multiple videos. You
can be rest assured that your pet is having a good time. In case there’s any concern, we will proactively reach out to you. Until then, you can be sure that your pet is also having a good vacation!
Yes, we will share the invoice, once we receive the full payment and the boarding is complete.
This is commonly seen in most dogs. The reason for this is the increased amount of physical and mental exercise they get during their boarding. They also play a lot more here than at their homes.
Pets at times lose a little weight during their boarding. This is due to the higher activity levels of the pet during the boarding on a daily basis, compared to when they are at home. This is normal and nothing to be worried about. Once the pet is back at home, he/she will regain this weight in a few days.
Ticks will always be present in places where pets are there. While we cannot eliminate it 100% through pet-safe methods, what we can do is ensure that the pet is protected against ticks and fleas throughout the stay. This is one of the reasons for proper documentation prior to the boarding. We do have a check of all pets before they leave for home, however it is possible that we could have missed a tick or two at times.
We do not share our on-grounds teams’ contact numbers as their daily tasks are the most important – to ensure all pets eat well, get good rest, get their medications/supplements on time and enjoy their stay. They have a daily schedule and will share updates as per the same. The off-ground team will share daily updates with you on the WhatsApp group created.
Pets who are boarding in a new place or for the first time, might show signs of anxiety and even fear initially. This is normal since they too need time to get comfortable with their surroundings and trust the people around them. The team will give you updates on how the pet is settling in. The pets need to be given a little time and space to get comfortable, and we shouldn’t be forcing them to settle in quicker.
We can surely feed them the food that you give us. However, we wouldn't be able to reduce the charges. Food is a necessity and we do not charge for it separately (unless it’s a special diet / contains items that we do not provide at our facility). We do not restrict the quantity of food either, as we ensure they are getting enough nutrition particularly because of the amount of exercise they get here.
You can visit your pet from time to time, during visiting hours. Please keep the off-ground team informed a day prior. At the same time, we do not recommend that you visit often (especially for pets who are anxious and first time boarders), as it would increase their anxiety post the visit. This may lead
to other challenges like not eating food, crying and/or sleeplessness. [there can be exceptional cases ]
We understand that different centers charge different prices. Our pricing has been fixed after speaking to pet parents and getting their opinion too on how much they would be willing to pay for the services and care that is being provided at the facility. You can be assured that it's worth the stay.
We have separate zones to keep pets apart, to ensure no such accidents. She won’t be kept with any male pets during her stay.
Yes, we can. Let the off-ground team know the diet, allergies, medications and any supplements that have to be given, along with the dosage and schedule. We'll keep our on-ground team informed on what’s to be fed and at what time.
